Alex and his wife next purchased a 6 unit apartment building, learning that multiple doors at one location was much easier - and more profitable - to scale and manage. Lease Capital® was then created, and he began offering his real estate purchases to investors to scale his company, and offer the same great investment tool to others who want to invest in real estate.
