Alex Lease began real estate investing with a 2 unit building, which he rented out to his business, and lived in the apartment above - paying rent to the investment holding company each month. Out of all of the businesses he created over 12 years, which included 6, and 7 figure combined annual revenues, he realized the best investments he made was real estate. Alex and his wife next purchased a 6 unit apartment building, learning that multiple doors at one location was much easier - and more profitable - to scale and manage. Lease Capital was then created, and he began offering his real estate purchases to investors to scale his company, and offer the same investment tool to others who want to invest in real estate. Lease Capital currently has $3.2M+, soon to be $4.3M+, assets under management as of Q4 2024.
